Acceptance

By participating in our affiliate program, you signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by our "Terms of service or Agreement".

Limitations of liability

You waive and shall not assert any claims or allegations of any nature whatsoever against mavekite.com, its affiliates or subsidiaries, their sponsors, contractors, advertisers, vendors or other partners, any of their successors or assigns, or any of their respective officers, directors, agents or employees (collectively, the "Released parties") arising out of or in any way relating to your use of the site or the content, including, without limitation, any claims or allegations relating to the alleged infringement of proprietary rights, alleged inaccuracy of content, or allegations that any released party has or should indemnify, defend or hold harmless you or any third-party from any claim or allegation arising from your use or other exploitation of the site. MAVEKITE WILL BE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE / CLAIMS IN ANY CASE, USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Termination

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue your affiliate account if we identify that the source of traffic originates from any of the conditions that:

  • allows promotion of explicit adult content, violence, discrimination, illegal activities, copyright infringement, or any unlawful, harmful, or offensive content. It also restricts the use of certain domain names and the creation of websites resembling MaveKite.Com.

    • We retain the authority to terminate any affiliate account without providing a reason or prior notice. Additionally, any violation of the terms of service will lead to the immediate termination of the account.

    Referral Tracking

    MaveKite will provide unique referral links and use cookies to track users visiting mavekite.com. These cookies remain active for 30 days. Any users making a purchase within this timeframe will be identified as the affiliate's referrals.

    In the event that a user clicks on multiple referral links, the most recently used referral link from the affiliate will be considered as the valid conversion.

    Payouts

    A referral will qualify for payout ("Eligible Referral") on the 15th day of every month if it fulfills all of the following criteria:

  • The referral must maintain an active, non-disputed account to be eligible for payout.

    • Affiliates earn a lifelong 10% commission in USD for active Eligible Referrals. Payouts are made when the balance hits a $30 USD minimum and are typically processed via PayPal.

    Affiliate partners cannot use their own referral links to subscribe, and any such transactions result in automatic commission forfeiture.

    If an Affiliate not reach the $30 USD minimum threshold within 12 calendar months, their account balance will reset to zero, and no payout will be issued.

    In the event of account termination, we will retain your balance for 120 days before releasing any payout. During this period, any referral disputes or chargebacks will be subtracted from your balance. If your balance falls below $30 USD, no payout will be issued.
